Now based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Kayla brings that same human-forward approach to Focus Lab. Her career has taken her through the high-stakes world of real estate development, where she managed marketing and sales efforts on multiple record-breaking projects. When she's not keeping projects on track, you'll find Kayla enjoying the world-class recreation that surrounds her small town — from dawn patrol ski tours with her partner, dog Melvin, and friends chasing untouched snow in the backcountry to road biking along Lake Okanagan and hiking in the Rockies. Regardless of the activity, it’s lights out by 9:00 p.m. because momentum building requires rest.
