What can I expect from the interview process?

Once we get through applications, generally within a week after the job posting closes, the interview process begins. It looks like this:

  • A phone call with People Ops to discuss your interest and answer any initial questions you may have
  • A video interview with a director to talk about your experience
  • A video interview with an additional director or founder to talk about Focus Lab culture
