Brand Support Designer

Damjan Bulatovic

For Damjan, design is a way of understanding people as much as a way of shaping visuals.

He comes from Serbia and lives in his hometown, a small town in the north, where long familiarity with the same people sharpens observation. That sustained way of seeing has shaped how he approaches design, with an emphasis on nuance, consistency, and intent.

Damjan’s formal education is rooted in Architecture and Urban Planning. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning and a Master’s degree in Interior Design. These backgrounds shaped how he thinks about systems, structure, and long-term use. His entry into branding happened during his second year of studies, when a friend suggested taking on interior design work through an outsourcing platform. While exploring it, Damjan discovered logo design and, with it, an entirely new creative world that shifted his professional path.

Today, Damjan works as a brand support designer, focusing on maintaining and extending established brand systems across digital and visual touchpoints. His strength lies in translating brand guidelines into clear, consistent, and thoughtfully executed outputs. This includes refining layouts, adapting identities for new contexts, and ensuring visual coherence as brands grow and evolve. He especially enjoys working within defined systems and making careful decisions that protect the integrity of the brand.

A lifelong football fan, one professional moment still stands out: branding work he created in collaboration with a renowned agency appeared on LED boards at the stadium of Paris Saint‑Germain, after the client became one of the club’s main sponsors.

Outside of work, Damjan values time with family and close friends, follows football closely —  especially Arsenal FC — and enjoys photographing architecture during his travels as a way of staying connected to his architectural roots. At his best, he brings reliability, focus, and quiet precision to the work, helping brands show up confidently, clearly, and with care.
