Originally from Colorado, she’s called Austin, Texas home for over a decade, drawn in by the community, the energy, and the people who make it all meaningful. It’s the kind of place that just feels like home.
Clara attended College in Durango CO, where her time was less about a single defining class and more about becoming. It was her first chapter of independence, shaping who she was through friendships, nature excursions, music — so many new, different adventures!
In her work, Clara blends care with consistency. She’s known for her patience, attentiveness, and ability to create structure that helps others thrive. Winning the “Bring Kindness” award in her previous role was a proud moment and a reflection of the energy she brings to every interaction.
Outside of work, her perfect Austin Saturday starts with a long run around Lady Bird Lake (often with her Australian Cattle Dog, Apollo), followed by coffee, cribbage with her husband, and time spent outside with peeps at Barton Springs, a park, or gathered around someone’s table eating delicious food. And ideally, she’s home and winding down by 9 p.m.
At her core, Clara is people-first and detail-driven, always learning, always listening, and always looking for ways to make things a little better.
